Scales
It’s very important to know whether baby ganes waight or not, we baught similar scales and were measuring her every time before the bath.
I was sending results over iPhone (later started to do that with picture) so you can have a very nice chart.

Diaper Disposal
Baby’s r us also have a good veriaty but this is the one we have. I would not recommend anything electrical ( shabbas purposes), I don’t think that this is somehting you want to buy batter for or fix it if it breaks.
